Our Wedding

Well, folks, it’s happening. After 12 years together (and only 6 of those engaged—no rush, right?), we are FINALLY getting married! Yes, you read that right. We’ve survived house hunting, the eternal chaos that is Lennon &amp; Cher, and more wedding procrastination than we care to admit, but now it’s time to make it official. We've weathered ups and downs, celebrated wins, and made countless memories. Now, with our house full of love (and fur), we’re thrilled to take this next step as we officially say "I do."To celebrate, we’re going all out with a black-tie extravaganza because, let’s face it, if you’re going to wait this long to get hitched, you might as well do it in style. We want you to join us for a night of love, laughter, and some questionable dance moves as we party the night away like only we can.So get your fanciest outfit ready and come help us make up for lost time. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you—and finally check “get married” off the to-do list. Let's make up for those 6 years of waiting with a celebration that none of us will forget (even if the champagne tries to help us to) and make this day unforgettable!

Let’s be real—if there’s one person who’s been by Daniel’s side through every laugh, every tear, and the all important  “we've finally set a wedding date!” moment, it’s Sarah. From day one, she’s been the ultimate twinie, and how could she not be standing next to him on the biggest day of his life?

Whether it's giving pep talks and keeping him sane through all the wedding planning chaos, or telling him to wise up so Rob didn't have to, Sarah has been there for it all. And now, she'll be right there next to him as he says "I do". The Best Woman title couldn’t be more fitting!

Lorna has been Rob’s partner-in-crime since their uni days—whether they were quoting Friends episodes or navigating life’s ups and downs, she’s been there through it all. So, when it came to choosing his Best Woman, was there ever really any doubt?

From late-night party sessions to standing by his side at his wedding, Lorna’s been a constant source of support and laughter. Who else would Rob trust to have his back on the biggest day of his life? Best Woman duties never looked so good!

Getting to the venue

The wedding will be held in Gusto Italian on the iconic Royal Albert Docks. This is very easy to get to from any point of the city weather it being by foot, taxi, bus or train. The closest train station would be James Street, however Moorfields and Central stations not too far away either. The Liverpool One bus station is only across the main strand road across from the Royal Albert Dock. There are multiple taxi companies available in the city. Uber is widely used, however local taxi services included: Delta Taxi - 0151 922 7373Alpha Taxi - 0151 722 8888 Parking: There is parking available on the Royal Albert Dock estate, however this can fill up quite quickly. Alternatively there is also Q-Park at Liverpool One (35 Strand St, L1 8LT) and Q-Park Hanover St (44 Hanover St, L1 4AF).

Your presence is the best gift we could ask for, but if you want to sprinkle some extra love our way, contributions towards our honeymoon would be amazing! After years of living together and building our home, we’ve acquired all the toaster ovens and dish towels we could ever need. So, help us swap our kitchen gadgets for cocktails on the beach instead!
